DualSense controller on PC (non-steam) — no rumble no system sounds

Controller is wired to PC. If I set the controller as audio output then all sounds will play from controller. If I set the speaker as output without totally disable controller then nothing play from controller — no sound no rumble. In game controller feature is enabled. Is there something I can do to fix this?? I’m at my wit’s end
