In deep dungeons I usually prefer to tank. Last night I was doing pilgrims traverse 81-90 on PLD and I was the only tank in the party, so naturally I lead the party around and pulled the mobs one by one and snuck around etc. we wiped due to an unexpected treasure room full of the lions that cast just as we saw them. Someone said “deserved” before leaving the instance, so I’m curious if I’m something wrong or what? As the assigned tank I just assume taking on the duties as if I were in a regular dungeon? Maybe I’m thinking too much into it, but it’s bugging me, why was the wipe deserved?
