So i started to unlock some custom deliveries on level 60-66 since my crafters are around that level and i also noticed that there are 3 NPC's on level 70 (3 on level 80 and 2 on level 90) and was wondering if it matters which one i deliver to and if there are some upside to level everyone of them? what is the meta around the deliveries?
