Courtly Lover's Hood of Healing/Casting display issue

The Courtly Lover's Hood of Healing and Casting are displaying incorrectly on male Viera, both Rava and Veena.
Seems to be the only race/gender combination to suffer from this.

Incorrect display on a male Viera, Rava:

Note the weird dark, geometrical shape on the pink part of the hood covering the eyes. Noticeably missing for everyone else.
