Some friends and I have a story based on the adventures of our characters. One of the party members has a tragic background, their prior companions were killed prior to the story beginning.
They’re thinking about swapping to a summoner and we are curious if its lore accurate for a summoner to be able to create a summon based on the aetheric memory of their fallen loved ones.
One person is arguing that they can’t - it’s ONLY something they can do based on primals’ aether. I’m more in the camp of “why not” since it would make for an epic scene.
