I hope this is the right place to ask for help. I'm having a small but weird issue that is unique to ffxiv when using a ps4 Nacon Wired Controller.
My problem is that my game won't recognize R2+L2 and vice versa as an input. I'm looking at the virtual gamepad when trying to calibrate in system menu. If I hold R2 on my controller, the R2 on the virtual gamepad lights up. If I try to hold L2 at the same time, the R2 on the virtual gamepad gets deactivated. Any and all other combinations of inputs still work. Is there a fix to this?

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the entire game in hopes of a fix but found no success.

- Playing on Steam version
- Steam Input is disabled. When enabled, controller does not work at all.
- Tried with an Xbox Controller, same problem occurs.
- Problem does not exist in other games.
- When calibrating controller on Steam, R2+L2 inputs work.
