Frequency: 100% - all the time
Steps:
1. Set your Gamepad settings with Button configuration of LT as Change Hotbar Set and RT as Auto-run.
2. Go to Character Configuration-> Control Settings. With Gamepad toggle on.
3. Press RT or LT and see that it goes in the opposite direction.
This also happens in any other settings in Character Configuration that makes use of Tabs and cycling through with LT/RT.
