A friend of mine shared a screeshot on Discord that had their Enix ID visible. Twice now recently someone tried to login to that account but because they don't know the password it gets locked for several hours.
I believe you can't get your Enix ID changed, But if they contact support is it possible to get a new ID and their account linked to it?
Or if they got the onetime password device would that stop the account from getting locked if someone else tries their password?
