Hey,
Bought new PC recently, and after downloading FFXIV launcher on steam trying to log in it said my info was not correct despite it being correct. I checked for caps lock, I tried logging into mog station as well and it wouldn't let me log there either. I use no vpn.
I tried running steam as admin
I tried logging on mog station through my phone to make sure it isn't PC related
I tried resetting router
I tried resetting my password few times and double checking for correct spelling, nothing
So despite my steam being linked to my account and despite resetting password I still can't log in, I tried contacting support and it's been nearly a week with no response, my sub is running out at this point and I would've liked to play during holidays if possible
It's like my account does not exist at all or something, I'm out of ideas here, any helpful advice or idea would be appreciated
