I have never used Final Fantasy XIV on Steam. Only played it once, through the launcher years ago. I decided to start the game again, now on Steam because of the ease of purchasing the expansions in my country, but when I enter the game on Steam, my ID appears already logged in (remember, I never entered it) and when I enter the password since I can't choose another Square account, it says that I don't have a valid license or it has expired. Already contacted the square enix support but no answers. I just need to change my ID
