Greetings adventurers! Reddit is probably my last hope before wiping settings. Please don't laugh too hard.
Keyboard+mouse. Legacy type movement. MX Master + keychron k3 pro.
Third-person camera rotation occasionally stops responding for brief moments when using left/right mouse buttons.
I can notice it only in actual extremes savages duties and sometimes in the open world via hunt trains.
For example inside duty I need to turn the camera:
It's just pretty annoying. Maybe I do it completely wrong cos I kinda long press mouse buttons to adjust the camera angle. For example to check sculptures in the outskirts of Kefka's area.
All my raidee friends are controller players, so they mostly laugh
I'll soon get a wired mouse to check if it helps or change anything.
...
But I saw clear of one of prev ultimates with 3 WHM+ 5 BLM. Their healer seems to just clicks abilities with mouse.
And I'm really upset. I feel like I'm playing the actual raid content in this game with a keyboard and mouse in very wrong way.
So, help please.
I'd appreciate any helpful advice if you play with a keyboard and mouse and do actual raidee content.
Some really good proven guides on YT?
Maybe u somehow configured the camera for the game. Screenshots or some settings share.
I'm out of ideas except for wiping settings, until I get a wired mouse.
I have a full AMD desktop , win11, all updates. Hardware near the upcoming Steam machine.

For example inside duty I need to turn the camera:
I do it via the right mouse button. It mostly works most of the time.
Camera rotation stopped working and I immediately switch to the left mouse button and it works till the next switch.
It always returns to normal behavior a few seconds after.
This is not a framerate drop or stutter — the game continues running smoothly, but the camera input is ignored. Only camera. Left click things, cursor - everything work's.
