How big does the gap in damage feel vs going crit and dh/det ?
Is the extra mitigation like having a permanent rampart?
Has the extra defense led to a clutch memory you'd like to share?
I know damage is king in this game and i never bothered melding tenacity in 8 years. Doing content solo is something i really enjoy on tanks and if going full tenacity would help that'd be neat.
Last question, if I'm going to meld tenacity should I try to get some gear pieces with tenacity already on it?
