I have to say it, Beastmaster is just fine, just lacks minimal stuff that will be added in future updates like some degree of self-sustain outside of pets (Maybe a Second Wind or a Bloodbath that will be disabled on the Crucible if anything).
I am yet to hit Lv50 mainly because I'm looking on what can be adopted and even got to do some S Ranks on ARR for the first time. I even am yet to hit the Crucible so I can't judge much there, but I want to get there and grapple the content (I also aim to try to get that Top 300 or even be the top player of Chaos on a season whenever the ranked mode gets open). But I am having fun, and that is what is important!
I don't feel that BST needs to be put on the corner of shame that Blue Mage was because somehow now is more needed to get more Blue Mage content now that a new limited job has appeared (And also feels a bit ugly to do that) when considering that the more ways to play the game that are different the better; but what I am seeing is a concerning onslaught of people that just want the job gone because is taking out their spotlight on Limsa, somehow siphoned resources for a fourth raid tier when we know that we only get three raid tiers per expansion (Also outside some special scenarios we only get two Ultimate encounters per expansion since Stormblood so don't jump me with that argument) and some people wanting the Crucible of the Unbroken to be as easy as a dungeon when it is a specialized instance and was sold as the endgame for Beastmaster.
Asking for that piece of content to get defanged when we are not even a month into the release of Beastmaster is perhaps a big display of laziness, maybe would be better to just seek better strategies and remembering that failure is an option.
