It discusses about the bitter relationship between needing to take away from your land to prevent a disaster that could do much worse. It also talks about the ethical strain that people who revere nature have with maintaining a balance of duty and empathy to other people. I'm not saying it's the greatest written thing ever, but I like it because there's not a lot of games or literature that discuss the relationship between artisans and how their efforts are repurposed for things they'd rather not have any part in.
