I would like to suggest an obvious reward problem. How about you dont ask people to clear 13 paths in a variant dungeon just to be rewarded with a stupid sleep mask. I mean seriously who thought this was a good idea when we got mounts for clearing the other three. This is an insult to your players time and money and I won't keep paying a sub for crap rewards like this.
