Besides more rewards what could improve how good it feels to play ff14?

While the gearing and reward structure has frustrated a lot of us I don't think getting more "stuff" is the main issue with repeating content in this game. Besides playing different jobs there isn't much that keeps repeated battle content fresh. I think giving each mini boss and trashpack drop a augments players can select from for example

More dash charges
cooldown reduction for a certain skill or few
life steal for 10s every 30s
Haste
Slower cast times with big potency increase

let the player pick how they play a dungeon but with a hint of randomness. doing this thru some rogue like buffs that are more transformative than the limp excuses you see in deep dungeon could go a long way
