I'm completely fine if people miss a run here and there. We all know real life pops up from time to time.

If you think you may miss a run though, I ask that you please let me know.
 
Letting you know now that I will be sleeping tonight, hopefully. Have morning meeting before school with teachers & councilors again. Two really early days in a row, ugh.
