Are time cards immune to i2501?

I'm a returning player. There's this one thing that I had to keep fighting a few years back. i2501 error. Really don't like this random uncertainty.

I have heard that you can bypass this by purchasing time cards. My question is whether time cards are completely immune to i2501? NA server.
