Nothing against heavily modded RP venues, but I’m curious if there are still any more basic ones around.
A few years ago, a friend and I used to visit a specific tavern where people just chilled, chatted in text, and stayed in-game. No mods involved (as far as I know), completely SFW, and people actually dressed their characters for the setting. It felt very casual and cozy.
I’ve never used mods and don’t plan to, so venues that rely on synchshells or heavy mod usage were never really for me. Since that old tavern is gone now, I was wondering:
Are venues still a thing these days? And if so, are there any non-mod / vanilla-friendly ones you’d recommend?
I play on Light / EU.
Any info or pointers would be appreciated. Thanks!
