Good morning! I love FFXIV, and have been playing on and off for years!
As a neurodivergent player, its super difficult for me to learn, process, understand, as I have a mix of AuDHD/Cognitive disorder. During raids, I feel nervous because I try my best to understand mechanics, but my reaction time, muscle memory with buttons is a constant struggle.
How do fellow neurodivergents approach the raid scene? What tips can you offer that can help?
