3 months ago i payed for 3 months supscription for FFXIV but was too busy to really make use of it so it was such a waste... but this morning i noticed a 56 something euros debited from my bank account and realized it was the auto renewal (i didn't realize you had to disable it....) and as i'm still busy and demotivated from playing, i don't think i can make use of this too to get my money's worth so idk what to do now, as i read that SE dont accept refunds requests
also i can't even cancle the supscription or remove my payment option (i get error 101 in the mogstation when i try)
