Thank you. Thank you for helping us. Thank you for teaching us. Thank you for tolerating us. Thank you for your patience. Thank you for your understanding. Thank you for your generosity which is so often given freely and without anything expected in return.
Your patience is tested constantly by us. Tanks who need to be reminded to activate Iron Will. Getting smoked by Doom because we don't know what it is. When we don't give commendations, not because we're rude or lazy, but because we genuinely don't even know about commendations, and when we do, we give it to random players because we were too busy to keep track of who was doing what. Sometimes we don't show our gratitude in game. Again, this isn't always out of rudeness. Sometimes things move too fast for us. Sometimes we're typing on a PlayStation controller. Sometimes we genuinely don't know how the chat system works (personally, early on, someone gave me a minion, I couldn't thank them quickly enough, so I just started spamming emotes at them). We test your patience constantly in myriad ways, and in my experience, the test is always passed.
This post is motivated by something that just happened (it really doesn't matter what it is, because it could've been anything), and I was just blown away by the willingness people have to help other people.
So, I just want to say, we might rarely properly show our appreciation, but we see what you do, and we're grateful for what you do, so please accept a huge, huge, huge thank you from us to you.
