I will lead off that I probably have more alts than the average person, i have fun making characters and building their lore and can't afford to get fantasia everytime i feel like playing a new character, but even if you only have one or two I feel like there needs to be better support for players that have more than one character on an account.
In between patches I've been working on some lowbies, goofing around with quests i haven't done in a while, working on MSQ, crafting, or just silly things like putting together glams and gpose, and am finding it beyond frustrating trying to get things from my main over to my alts.
I'm a solo player and being unable to move items from character to character in game without assistance from other players is a unique problem I haven't run into in any other mmo I play.
I'm not looking for anything that's unlikely to be implemented like a collection system (that most mmos have), but at the very least the ability to easily transfer items from character to character, something like the company chest that's tied to your account (like the legacy bank in swtor) or just simply the ability to send mail to other characters on your account. I understand why mail is locked to only those on your friends list, but perhaps having alts be auto added to friends as a way to circumvent it.
This has been something I've been having difficulty with for a while, and where I do have alts that are on the same server in a FC together and can use the chest to move things around, as clunky as it is, I also have alts on different servers for various reasons and would like to avoid leaving them to rot until i get one caught up to support them. And I'm sure I'm not the only one that's been running into this!
