I know I'm not the only one that has wanted to simply get a Triple Triad card that they've needed for a while, sat through a 30 minute queue, got through the duty, and then has to sit there watching as someone rolls Need on all three TT Cards when they're only going to sell them for Gold Saucer currency. It's incredibly irritating to say the very least.
I think the easy solution is to change it so players who already have the Card registered can only roll Greed on the Cards, while players who do not have it yet can roll either Need or Greed. There is zero justification to not implement this aside from "If we do this the entire server will explode."
