I’ve had an idea—since I see so many people complaining about whether the game is too easy or too hard—to add a "Hardcore" game mode for players, whether they are new, veterans, or anyone else.
This Hardcore mode would allow you to experience the story and all challenging content in one go. For example, if the *A Realm Reborn* story requires you to defeat Ifrit, you would fight him immediately in his Extreme phase—at minimum item level and without the Echo buff. Similarly, if you need to complete an older 8-player raid, you would do it in Savage mode, again at minimum item level and without the Echo.
Note: Current content would continue to follow the existing progression—Normal mode first, then Savage. I would also suggest—if the developers are able to do so—that new Trials be released directly as Extreme encounters within this mode. Meanwhile, the standard mode would simply follow the current release pattern. This Hardcore mode is best suited for veterans and new players alike who want to experience the game's content exactly as it was originally released, without any external assistance.
