My daughter went on vacation and was using a new laptop to play in the new location. For some reason, this flagged her account as compromised and locked it. They have opened a Customer Support ticket to resolve the issue, but Customer Support is refusing to accept any verification documents or unlock the account.
What is needed in order to get the account unlocked? Customer Support is being quite unhelpful in getting this matter resolved. I am posting on her behalf as, obviously, she cannot due to the account lockout.
