I remember, back when I last played this game, switching to Japanese for SB and beyond. I really loved it, found the performances much less stiff than the English dub. I tried playing ARR in Japanese with English subs after recently coming back to the game and it was mostly fine, but sometimes there's this weird issues where the original Japanese VA will say two words, but, for whatever reason, the English subs are like two or even three sentences. So I'll have to open the Event log mid cutscene and read that line and hope I can do that and also read the next line fast enough.
Does this issue get better later on? Was it always an issue that I had just entirely forgotten? And what would be a good soultion, if, indeed, it persists all throughout the game?
