New fights in particular are exciting to plan out. For that reason, I put together a FFXIV Timeline desktop application that makes it easy to create boss timelines and plan out mitigations. This app was made with the upcoming Ultimate in mind, so it is designed to be an iterative planner you can add boss abilities to as we discover new mechanics together -- then plan mitigations around them. It's still in the early stages of development, so I am happy to hear any suggestions, bug reports, or even features you wished it had. I'll share some short clips and screenshots so you can get an idea for what the interface looks like.
