So I had just bought the collectors edition of the game in order to get the bonuses including the Behemoth Barding for my Chocobo. I accepted it from my mail and now it is sitting in my characters inventory. The game does not allow me to use it (it’s grayed out) and it does not appear under my companion’s gear. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong? Do I need to progress further in either the story or with my GC first to equip it?
