I'm asking this in regards to all jobs, not just a specific role as well. Defining what exactly I mean as satisfying is a bit difficult. I guess I mean there is more to enjoy than just the immediate payoff from playing the job.
IE: Pulling off your rotation feels good not just cause of numbers but because the rotation itself feels good to do or using a certain ability feels good not just because it does it's thing but because you had to think about it a bit more than just hitting it at a certain time.
These are just a couple ways I can sorts figure out how to explain it because what makes a job satisfying is likely going to be different for everyone.
