This is my first time currently playing the game when a new patch is coming out, so I was just wondering what the flow of information is. Do we usually get patch notes and learn what is being adjusted/buffed/nerfed well in advance of the Patch's release? Or is it usually not til day of release? I'm fine either way, just excited and looking forward to it and curious.
