Diurnal sect literally does nothing till 34 when you get Aspected Benefic. Other abilties get no benefit whatsoever from it. It used to increase potency and spell speed at least.
I know it's only 4 levels away, but that doesn't apply when you're level synced. Aspected Benefic needs to be moved to 30
