I'm really new to this game (been playing for about a week and I'm a level 32 Bard) and I just heard about free companies today, I thought they were really interesting and I've found a few that I like but I'm really nervous about joining one. What should I expect from a free company, how should I introduce myself to one and what is really classed as active? Is a 3 hours a day with a couple of missed days every so often enough?
