I was thinking of using them to get poetics gear, which seems like a fairly significant jump from my level 50 job armor set. My weapon is really trash as well.
I am doing the post ARR stuff and I am already level 53 since I am on a preferred world, so I'm not sure if it would be worth it since by the time I get to Heavensward I will be pretty high level for the expansion and be able to get new gear there.
