When flying past an obstruction, such as a tree or rock wall, the game plays a whoosh sound as the camera passes by the object.
Is it supposed to indicate that the camera is some physical machine following us, and it's propulsion sound is being reflected off the objects into it's microphones?
To me, it would make more sense if we hear mount-specific sounds when our characters pass things, not the invisible camera.
One possible explanation: The camera represents me, so I hear something as my flying machine passes things. My character on the screen is just a separate individual in the story that I direct to some degree.
