Unavailable skills and abilities queue up instead of erroring

There is a behavior I don't remember ever having a problem with in this game with pushing unavailable buttons during queue windows cause them to be queued up instead of throwing an error that they are unavailable. When this happens, any buttons you press after the unavailable button are ignored until the queue period ends, causing dropped abilities and GCD clipping. This can be seen in this video.

Normally, pressing Last Dance when it's unavailable causes it to throw the error "Cannot use yet." If you have recently pushed a Weaponskill or Spell, however, this error will change to "Not yet ready," the generic error for pushing buttons during the GCD. However, in the last quarter of the GCD when the engine accepts queueing the next Weaponskill or Spell, Last Dance will throw no error. When the GCD reaches the top and the game tries to use the queued skill, it then reads "Not yet ready," even if you pressed a different button after Last Dance was queued.

The same thing applies to the ability queue window after the GCD starts (commonly known as animation lock.) Pressing Fan Dance III when it's unavailable and then pressing Fan Dance normally causes Fan Dance to come out as soon as you push it, because Fan Dance III threw the error "Cannot use yet" upon pushing it. During the windows where abilities can be queued thoguh, the game has no qualms queuing Fan Dance III even though it's unavailable, and if you pushed Fan Dance after it, the Fan Dance gets completely ignored.

I don't recall having a problem with this in the past decade+ I've been playing this game, so I'm certain the behavior must have changed in a recent patch. Please address this issue: skills and abilities that would error should *ALWAYS* throw their error if they are unavailable, and should *NEVER* be able to be queued up. This impacts my live gameplay with my static at raid and is incredibly frustrating where misinputs are regularly causing my abilities to ghost at key windows or my GCD to just stop unexpectedly.
