Have tried 4 times now to install (new purchase, new computer). I am running macOS Catalina 10.15.4. I have no other programs running in the background.
Each time I get the following error message:
Unable to download patch files.
[30413][25008][10009]
Recently found a forum that said to delete the folder "/Library/Application Support/FINAL FANTASY XIV/" which I did without success. I would prefer not to install an appcleaner app nor do I want to have to uninstall the entire thing to try again.
