Unable To Access Void Quests Added In Patch 5.4 With Pre Requisite Quests Completed

I am not sure why, but I am unable to access Void Quests added in Patch 5.4 even with pre requisite quests completed. I have completed all Role Quests, All MSQ, all Warring Triad quests and the related Trials on both Normal and Extreme.

I am attatching screenshots (I hope that is ok) that show the completed Quests in my Journal, as well as the area on the map that should have this quest ready for me, but is missing. I contacted the in game support desk who advised me to ask in shout chat, and while a couple of people tried to help no-one could work out why. The support desk then advised me to submit a bug report.
