I believe this to be a localization error. The English name for both of these Leves is "Knock on Wood". One with the ID# of 57 which was added in 2.0 and requires you to craft a Walnut Macuahuitl, the other has an ID# of 1280 which was added in 4.0 and requires you to make a Molybdenum Ball-pein Hammer...
Here are the names in other languages, so you can see that English is the only one that has this problem. The other languages all have the 4.0 leve saying something about a hammer in its name.

(That, plus as someone who works on the Gamer Escape wiki, and because create pages based off of their name...these two Leves have been a thorn in our side for a while now D: )
Also, the following levequests have a blank space after their name. If that extra character could be deleted that'd be great, too

"Actually, It's Loyalty "
(Note the blank space before the second " I used to surround each different leve...that's the blank space that needs deleting!)
