I'm not bashing on tanks, because I love tanking, but I feel like this expansion effectively made all the tanks the same. Maybe I'm wrong and I'm missing something. Ihave both Paladin and Dark Knight picked up, PLD is at 70, DRK is at 80. But I feel like they are the same. Like when I play as a DRK, I feel like I've lost everything that made kt truly special and unique. Of course I have some different moves but it just doesn't have the same exciting feel it used to. Best way to put it is imagine all the tanks are boxes. So you pick the DRK box. What's in your box? The same is the others. What makes yours special? It's bathed in darkness. Like I'm not trying to trash talk or crap on the tank jobs, but I honestly feel like they literaly got made to be the same minus a cupple moves. Honestly I liked PLD, didn't care for it during Heavnsward though. But DRK? I loved it, then in Stormblood it felt like they picked at it a little but it was fine, I still loved being a Dark knight. But now I try to play as a DRK and the excitement is gone. Maybe I'm missing something. Maybe y'all can enlighten me. I was so excited when DRK was announced, and now we're here and the love and excitement is gone. It feels like everything that made it special was stripped away. Sorry if this seems like I'm complaining, just would like some feedback on my thoughts.
