On one hand, nice of them to use their own community systems instead of relying on social media for a contest. (I'm not one for using Twitter, Blue Sky, or whatever else is out there regardless of politics or quality.)
On the other hand... it sounds like rewards might only be for FC leaders and maaaybe those with recruiter privileges? Which uh, might cause a bit of a fuss with people suddenly breaking off from their free companies just to try and get something, which seems counter-intuitive towards "recruitment".
Funnier still, because there doesn't seem to be any indication that solo FC leaders can't participate (it only mentions an FC has to stay intact during the contest period, but I didn't see anything about having a minimal number of members), which means every one of those gil-churning shell FCs are eligible as one of those lucky 100 winners (yes, only 100).
I think I'll be passing though, I really don't want to create a recruitment page even if Maduin is mostly dead as I wouldn't want some awkward offers from poor souls actually thinking life exists here and want to join me, lol.
