I'll start us off: that you need to get a job stone/crystal at level 30, for every job/class. I met someone today who was playing level 44 base class because they wanted to be something that unlocks later and needed to get to 60 to unlock it - but didn't know they needed a job crystal for that base class if they were going to play it all the way to 60 through the main game.
