Switch housing over to a pay feature, reimburse people the full value of the house, not what they paid for it after devaluation, if they would lose it if they dont change over to the service in xx days and return all their housing items, even ones normally not returned when a house is demolished. Make the service giftable so FC members can help FC leaders who can't afford it, and switch wards over to a system that dynamically adds new wards as demand requires and remove housing demolitioj now that players are footing the bill. Its pointless to offer "casual content" like housing in a game when theres more people who don't get to experience than there are who do.
