The "Flying" Tool

Interesting chat messages he was sending. I think this was originally a movie or something. I also found it interesting that he went into Ru'Lude Gardens and started shouting about the tools, sounds like maybe this guy found the tool somewhere and is against bots / etc so he leaked it so that they would look into it.
