Anyone else remember the whole "Portal Sniping" Fiasco from Eureka? Well, get ready for Portal Sniping 2.0.
First off there's this:
So you'll have a zone with hundreds of people in it but randomly choose 24-48 of them to participate in a battle that provides bonus rewards and you DON"T think there's going to be animosity or griefing?
Sure there are ways to mitigate that RNG, but the devs didn't say how hard it would be to obtain those items (Think the old Magia enhancers, 1% drop rates etc)
If so, I have a bridge to sell you.
Then you have the solo battle. From what we've heard you have to be the best person in the fight.
If you don't think FC's / Linkshells / Discords aren't going to pick one person to try to boost for prestige you are out of your mind.
These systems simply seem extremely not thought through enough.
