I cant state this enough, either give Ten Chi Jin and Mesui a 110 second cooldown to allow it to have some wiggle room during the 2 minute window or make it so you can move while casting it after the initial activation. There is to many re-openers where you have to move in this expansion and its going to continue to punish Ninjas and cause them to under perform.
