The Syncademy is a Light DC community which likes to (re-)learn synchronized content, seek the extra challenge of MIL (minimum item level) and share knowledge with its students.
Our key feature is that we're not a static and instead use a calendar on our Discord for signing up to the regular events we call courses. It allows our students to participate when it suits them. Setups for multiple groups are being made based on the signed up players.
This is our current schedule:

Fridays and Saturdays are community-chosen content priorized into a rotation to offer a broader spectrum of destinations and also maintain knowledge of already achieved content in ARR right now.

With the recent announcement of the Crystal Tower questline being required for the patch 5.3 MSQ, we've now updated our rotations for Friday and Saturday of the next weeks for offering a more immersive experience at the Alliance Raids on minimum item level.
