[suggestion] Adventurer In Need Notifications

I'm sure this will fall on "deaf ears", but there is a problem with people getting queue pops for the higher level alliance raids. It appears players are actively avoiding getting the above level 50 Alliance raids, by creating a low ilvl gear set to queue with. While I respect that players don't want to deal with the more challenging Alliance raids it is negatively impacting the people who need their clears of the higher level Alliance Raids. Getting 24 people together is rough and having the one person change their ilvl to get the easier raids effectively prevents the people that can help from getting queue pops for the higher level raids. For Example queuing for level 70 Alliance raid and have been in queue for over 3 hours.

I am not suggesting more strict guidelines to be added to the roulette system. My suggestion is on any server you can see people loitering in main cities or just crafting. I would love to see a system put in place that will provide incentives to these players directly. My idea is a system that will ideally see that a player has been waiting for an extended amount of time to get a clear it will start providing notification to players that are not otherwise busy and can fill a needed role and allow them to select the job they're willing to help on and with a button it will auto-queue them for that specific Raid or Dungeon. The notification should advise the player what incentive they will get for doing it like additional tomes or whatever.

The notified player should of course be able to turn this feature off if they don't want to be notified. It should help people get their clears in a quicker manner as long as the incentive is good enough. Just a suggestion, I wouldn't mind getting notifications directly when I am not doing anything asking me to help.

I know the rebuttal to this is I should message people on my server, but for the alliance raid issue there are only 3 people slotted after waiting in queue for 3+ hours.
