For and Omega Set you need 4 Chips from 4 Different Zones. These Zone are also pretty easy to clear. I have Personally clear everyone of them with 9 People. Hell we have even beat some of the Really easy ones with a Single Party.

This is proof it can be done. If you have 18 people doing this twice a week, you can farm an entire Omega set in a single week.

Something like this is just what I need to get me interested in Limbus again. What are the chances we could try out a method like this?

The basic idea would be to ignore all treasure chests and only go after time extension chests, and also dodge all mobs including the bosses of each floor, once the vortex pops. That means no fighting Fafnir, no fighting Aspid, etc. Only hard part is the logistics of having the same person get both chips, but even that should be fairly easy I think.
 
We did two of them last night, what you described is more or less what we did on NE. We cleared with 9 people without much trouble, it could probably be done with 6 or 7. The group doing SE didn't win, but it was Valgavv and Yaeko's first time in Limbus so perhaps with time it will become easier.

I'll agree with Sarah on this. I was the gimp at level 71, I could have done more output damage and moved things about a tic faster--- with the exception of 1 or 2 deaths, we did very well. It did not seem stressful at all.

Yes, apollyon are easy to farm, and no you don't have to ingore all treasure chests. Some can be farmed and completed with as little as 3 people.

Because everytime I bring it up, people are like "oh you need at least 12 for that one", or "oh you need a full alliance for that one". So at the very least, it's proof that every Apollyon can be cleared with 9.
 
My question is does anyone want to try to do SE tonight or sometime by Friday so that we could do Omega then (Friday)? Obviously nobody who went last night can do this, but anyone with access to another character or something? I could do this on Fikachu. Also, Lost would need to be in the zone to grab the chip.
 
I have maybe an hour to hour and a half I could be on tonight (8:30PM EST - 10PM EST), and then I'll be out of town until next Tuesday.
 
I didn't go last night because I was busy working on my parser, so if an advance run is planned for this purpose, I can be there. I suppose that would prevent me from being able to participate in Omega though? I also don't mind if we initially lose a few Limbuses while we get used to doing it with fewer people, as long as it increases our effectiveness in the long term.
 
Yeah if we did SE tonight or tomorrow or w/e, those peope wouldn't be able to do Omega, but could certainly be in the zone to lot on the items provided they've been to 50% of the runs.
 
I haven't, but I'd probably go anyway just in case a piece nobody wants drops lol. Oh, that reminds me. If we start splitting like this, how will "50%" be determined? Or will a new measure be implemented alltogether?
 
I'm not sure, I would guess that if we get it to where we consistently get full Omega pops in two days, one day attendance would be sufficient, as that would be 50% attendance?
 
Meh, now that I think about it, maybe both days being required would be better, since this would probably ensure more people show up and make it so that we actually can consistently finish in two days. People having unfortunate timing with RL events wouldn't be too much of an issue since we'd be going through these at double speed. I don't know, what do you guys think?

I agree, but I think more people (myself included) want to focus on Apollyon for a few cycles.

The other thing is start time. Can we stick to the 9PM EST Tuesdays & 10PM EST Fridays, and only adjust when something like last night happens (Fafnir window opening around 9PM)? If the majority decide to move to an earlier time, I will have to find another way to do Limbus since I can not leave work until 8PM EST.

Ideas how to do this:

1) Do NE and SE, or NW & SW same night, time entries so that one person can be there for both chips.

2) Have someone who doesn't enter stay outside to collect chips.

Main question I have is... Can you collect chips for all four from one place? or, as I suspect is the case, would one person have to Tele & run to the other side to get the other chips?
 
Sass > I believe it all counts as one general zone, you should be able to lot the chips from anywhere I think.

I just don't remember. When you're in the East side can you enter Western zones? (and vice versa?) If so, we're ok.
