I’ve spent the past few days trying to finish all the Red Alert missions in Cosmic Exploration for the achievements, because I know it’ll only get harder as time goes on. But I keep running into the same problem:

Why is there nothing in‑game that tells me a Red Alert is happening without being on the actual planet?
Why do I have to rely on either me waiting in the zones swapping back and forth every 20ish minutes or a Discord server that only works if someone happens to be in the zone at the right time and reports it?

I play this game to have fun and work toward goals I set for myself, but more and more of those goals seem to require external tools.

Hunts? Mostly Discord.

These aren’t short respawns. If you’re unlucky and just missed one, you can be waiting up to six hours and even then you still need the right variant/weather.

There’s a difference between achievements and deliberately wasting players time, and a lot of achievements in this game fall into the latter category. This isn’t just a Cosmic Exploration issue either. It’s a recurring pattern. Once content dies down, the game becomes far too dependent on third‑party methods to function.
